Login & Registration

Access to Intellicentral is controlled through a secure login and invitation-based registration process. This ensures that only approved users can access company-specific data and tools.


Registration (Invitation Only)

New users cannot self-register. Instead, registration is invitation-based:

  1. An existing user with appropriate permissions invites a new user via email.
  2. The invitee receives an email with a unique registration link.
  3. The registration page allows the invitee to:
  4. Set a username
  5. Create a secure password
  6. Once completed, the user gains access to Intellicentral and is associated with the company that invited them.

Login Page

After registration, users can access the platform by navigating to Intellicentral and logging in.

Login Form Includes:

  • Username
  • Password
  • Forgot Password link

Forgotten passwords can be reset via the email address associated with the user’s account.


Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Users can optionally enhance their account security with two-factor authentication (2FA).

How to Enable 2FA:

  1. Visit User Settings after logging in.
  2. Select Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
  3. The system will:
  4. Display a recovery code (save this securely)
  5. Provide instructions and options for authentication apps (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy)
  6. Show a QR code for setup
  7. Scan the QR code with the authentication app.
  8. Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app to verify.

Once enabled, users must:

  • Complete the standard login process
  • Enter a 6-digit authentication code from their device

2FA significantly increases security and is recommended for all users with elevated permissions.
