About Projects

In IntelliCentral, a project acts as a unified workspace for clients and teams to manage and visualize all information related to a specific initiative — whether it's a monitoring effort, research program, or data-driven analysis.

Each project serves as a central hub where relevant data, files, dashboards, and alerts come together in one place.

What’s Inside a Project

Projects in IntelliCentral typically include the following components:

  • Dashboards: Interactive spaces where users can create layouts composed of various widgets to display important project data (e.g., timelines, geographies, email alerts, etc.).
  • Users: A user table where you can see who else is assigned to the same project.
  • Files: Secure file storage for project-related documents, reports, and reference material.
  • Email Alerts: Tools to create and dispatch email communications to mailing lists, helping teams stay informed of key updates or deliverables.

Access and Permissions

Most users are assigned to projects by an administrator. The ability to create, edit, rename, or delete a project depends on the permissions granted to your user role.

If you are unable to see or edit a project, contact your IntelliCentral administrator to verify your access level.

Use Cases

Projects are flexible and can be tailored to many different use cases, including:

  • Ongoing trial monitoring
  • Competitive landscape analysis
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Data curation and delivery

Whatever the use case, IntelliCentral projects are designed to consolidate tools and information, making collaboration easier and insights more actionable.
