Email Alerts

The Email Alerts section in IntelliCentral allows users to notify project members or clients of progress updates, key developments, and important deliverables via email.

Whether you're sharing the latest status of a dashboard, distributing documentation, or sending periodic newsletters, Email Alerts help streamline communication directly within the platform.

All users assigned to a project can create and manage email alerts — no special permissions required.


Email Alert Subsections

The Email Alerts section consists of five distinct parts, accessible via the left-hand sidebar:

  • New Email Alert: Create and configure new email alerts using a rich-text editor and optional attachments.
  • Unpublished: View saved drafts and continue editing or publish them later.
  • Published: Review previously published alerts, track delivery status, and re-send if needed.
  • Newsletter: (Coming soon) Set up recurring newsletters on a weekly or monthly schedule.
  • Mailing Lists: Manage recipient groups for sending alerts and newsletters.
