Unpublished Email Alerts

The Unpublished section lists all saved drafts that have not yet been published or sent.

Each email alert is shown in a table with the following columns:

• Subject
• Mailing Lists
• Status
• Last Updated
• Date Published

Actions Menu (⋮)

Each draft has a three-dot actions menu with options to:

• Edit: Return to the email alert editor to continue working on the draft.
• Delete: Permanently remove the draft.
• View Audit Log: See a record of who made changes and when.

Use this section to manage your work-in-progress alerts before publishing.
