Files¶
The Files section in a project is where all documents, data sheets, and supporting materials related to the project are stored and organized. Whether you're working with PDFs, Excel sheets, images, or CSV files, this section provides a central repository for all project documentation.
Uploading and Supported File Types¶
Any project member can upload files to the Files section. The platform supports:
- Text documents (e.g.,
.pdf,.docx,.txt) - Spreadsheets (e.g.,
.xlsx,.csv) - Images (e.g.,
.png,.jpg,.svg)
📦 Maximum file size: 1.9 GB per file
File Table Overview¶
Uploaded files and folders are displayed in a table format, where each item occupies a row. The table includes the following columns:
- Name
- File Size
- Tags
- Date Uploaded
- Last Updated
- Uploaded By
- Comments: For files only — opens a sidebar with threaded discussion
- Actions Menu (â‹®): Varies depending on file or folder
Table Features¶
At the top of the file table, you’ll find a toolbar that lets you:
- Upload files
- Create folders
- Apply filters (e.g., by tag or file type)
At the bottom, a pagination bar helps navigate between pages if there are many files.

- Rename
- Delete
- Move (within the same project — into or out of other folders)
📄 Files¶
- Download
- Move (within folders)
- Delete
- Edit (rename and/or change tags)
- View Audit Log (see a history of changes and interactions)
- Comment (opens the comment sidebar for discussion)
📌 Note: Only files support comments and audit logs. Folders do not.
