Project Users Page

The Project Users page is used to manage users assigned to a specific project. It offers a streamlined view and control panel for company admins or project managers to assign, update, or remove team members associated with the project.


Purpose

This page allows permitted users to:

  • View all users currently assigned to the project
  • Assign existing company staff to the project
  • Update user details such as name, email, and role within the project
  • Remove users from the project if needed

Location

The Project Users page is found in the left sidebar when viewing an individual project. It appears alongside other project navigation options such as:

  • Dashboards
  • Files
  • Email Alerts

User Table

The user table includes the following columns:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Role (specific to the project)
  • Status
  • Edit

Managing Project Users

Only company admins or users with the required permissions can:

  • Assign users from their company to the project
  • Edit a project user’s:
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Project-specific role
  • Remove users from the project if they are no longer involved
