Factsheet Widget

The Factsheet widget is used to display trial information directly within a dashboard. It provides a clean, structured view of one or more clinical trials, allowing teams to monitor key data points at a glance while preserving access to detailed trial records.

Purpose

Use the Factsheet widget when you need to:

  • Display one or more clinical trials on a dashboard
  • Fetch and present trial data from trusted sources using NCT IDs
  • Manually enter trial information for internal records or unpublished projects
  • Keep trial data organized, accessible, and easy to expand for more detail

Creating a Factsheet Widget

Once the standard setup is complete (see “Widget Creation Process”), you can populate the widget by:

  • Entering an NCT ID to fetch trial data from trusted sources
  • Creating a blank trial entry and entering information manually

Each trial is displayed as a collapsible card in a vertical list.

Using the Widget

Each trial is displayed as a collapsible item in a single-column list. When collapsed, you’ll see the trial title or identifier. Clicking on an item expands it to reveal detailed trial information.

By default, all trials appear collapsed to reduce visual clutter.
