Troubleshooting¶
If you encounter issues while using IntelliCentral, this guide outlines a few common areas to check before reaching out for support.
1. Login Issues¶
- Incorrect Email or Password: Double-check your login credentials. If you're unsure, you can reset your password using the "Forgot password?" link on the login page.
- Expired Invitation: If you received an invitation but can’t log in, the registration link may have expired. Contact your admin to request a new invite.
2. Dashboard Setup and Configuration¶
If you're having trouble configuring your project dashboard or widgets:
- Make sure the project is selected and active.
- Check that the widget has been added to the dashboard and is configured with the correct data source.
- Ensure you have the required permissions to edit the dashboard or use specific widgets.

3. Display or UI Issues¶
If parts of the UI aren’t behaving as expected (e.g., items not appearing, layout glitches):
- Refresh the page or try reloading the browser.
- Try logging out and logging back in.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try using a different browser or incognito mode.
4. Missing Projects or Features¶
If you don’t see a project, dashboard, or section you expect:
- Confirm with your team that you've been added to the project.
- Check your user permissions — some pages or features may only be available to users with specific roles.
- Use the Search Bar to look for files, dashboards, or widgets by name, tag, or content.
