User Interface Overview¶
After logging in to IntelliCentral, you'll be taken to the main user interface, which is divided into three primary sections:
- Navigation Bar (Top)
- Sidebar (Left)
- Main Content Area
Each of these sections plays a key role in helping you navigate and interact with your projects and data.
Navigation Bar¶
The navigation bar at the top of the screen includes the following features:
- Search Bar: Search across the entire platform, including files, email alerts, dashboards, widgets, and more. You can search by:
- Name
- Tag
- Content
- User Settings (Cog Icon): Access your account settings and preferences.
- Profile Menu: Clicking your profile icon opens a menu with the option to Sign Out.
Sidebar¶
The sidebar on the left side of the screen provides access to the main sections of IntelliCentral. What you see here depends on your user permissions:
- Selected Projects: Always visible. Displays your currently active project.
- Users: View project users and roles.
- Companies: Only visible if your permissions include access to company-level management.
- Dynamic Context: When you click into a project, the sidebar will update to show project-specific sections like Dashboards, Files, and Email Alerts.
Main Content Area¶
This is where the core of your work happens. When you first log in, the main content area displays a grid of project cards, each representing a project you have access to.
Each project card includes:
- Project name
- Short description or tags
- Quick access to dashboards or files (if applicable)
At the top of the grid, there is a project dropdown menu that allows you to hide or show specific projects to better manage your view.
